We've long been fans of Damo and his Dangerous Ales from Milton NSW!
Head brewer Damien 'Dangerous Damo' Martin's venture into brewing is not the norm. A professional big wave bodyboarder before becoming a chef at top restaurants around the globe (Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen anyone?!), he gave brewing a go in order to provide the refreshments at his wedding, sparking a passion for experimental fermentation! Together with his in-laws, they purchased and restored The Milton Hotel - now the home of Dangerous Ales and set forth making all matter of styles all with a focus on flavour.
