Nestled the foot of Mt Elliot in north Queensland's Bowling Green National Park, Burdekin is producing all manner of rum and other cane spirits, with a strong focus on local. From partnering with local sugar cane growers and mills through to using spring mineral water from their property, championing their local region is at the forefront of their spirits.
