Cold IPA
Yes, all IPAs should be kept cold, but Cold IPA refers to how it was brewed! Using lager yeast and brewed at cooler temperatures, yet still loaded with hops, results in a clean, crisp, hoppy beer! See also: West Coast Pilsner
