These classic Lambic and Gueuze brewers make some iconic blends, and in this case they really champion one of their single barrels.
Pepper, apple cider & preserved lemon on the nose, followed by flavours of lemon peel, crabapple & Riesling. Soft and tart but with massive layers of complexity.
Parish • Actias Luna
Triple IPA | 9.0% | Broussard, LA, USA | ⭐
Named after a beautiful green-winged moth, this Triple Hazy is brewed with copious amounts of Oregon-grown Strata. Light lychee, dried papaya and melon rind. Hides the alcohol very well and it's highly drinkable with a lighter body. Be careful with this one!
Mountain Culture • Double Dank
Double West Coast IPA | 8.2% | Katoomba, NSW Australia | ⭐
This brew had Columbus added to the boil for a good bitter base and a combination of Strata and Cryo-Columbus hops for the aromatics and flavour.
Light caramel malt, and underripe peach & OJ followed by a big dose of resin to finish. Fruity and Dank as expected but borderline old school, which we love!
Good Land • Gascon Crush Grand Cru
Armagnac Barrel Aged Grape Ale | 9.5% | Traralgon, VIC Australia | 😱
28 months in Armagnac barrels procured by Good Land all the way from France, a blend of 30% Chardonnay grape juice and 70% beer. This is a beer like no other, inspiration hit on a trip to the Netherlands when the Good Land team were invited to the De Molen International Beer Festival.
A homage to great European brews, the aroma is impactful with notes of Armagnac, madeira, aged honey, dried fruit, sauternes. Warming and complex.
450 North • SLUSHY XXL: Globby
Smoothie Sour | 5.3% | Columbus, IN, USA
A beer from the pioneer of the heavily fruited smoothie Berliner Weisse. 450 North is smoothie sour royalty, with this being one of the first ever series created of these big heavily adjuncted and fruited beers. They’re always different & ludicrous.
This one is all about sweet aromas: German forest fruit kuchen, sherbet, pastilles, cooked marshmallows, grape lollies. It's honestly like diving straight into a lolly shop on production day.
Schlenkerla • Aecht Schlenkerla Erle

A Schlenkerla beer that we’ve never seen before in our beery halls! Before tasting it, we were curious to see if the smoke would be as balanced as the sweeter malt based Schlenkerlas… The answer is YES.
Smoked dark jerky aroma, plum skins, burnt breadcrust, refreshing and light on the palate. One of the most crushable and unique Rauchbiers we've ever had.
Bells Beach x Banks • Shoulda Been Here Yesterday
Double West Coast IPA | 8.2% | Torquay x Seaford, VIC Australia
A great combination from these two excellent breweries located on opposite side of Port Phillip Bay. The name takes inspiration from a 2023 Documentary of the same name which pays homage to Australia’s early surf-culture, and a West Coast style works perfectly.
Notes of Pineapple, Peach & Cantaloupe. Super refreshing with a good drying bitterness for balance.
Sheng Craft Beer • Avocado Engine
Mango Hazy Sour IPA | 3.0% | Zhejiang, China
This beer is a bit of a curve ball, and very different from what you would usually see in The One, but with an unusual origin and ingredients. This beer is made with mango, apple and avocado and comes all the way from the Zhejiang province in China.
It has notes of Mango Danish, Orange Sponge Cake and a light sour tang with Avocado creaminess, and feels like drinking fresh juice! The perfect breakfast beer!
Garage Project • Beast with 2 Backs
Barrel Aged Pastry Stout | 13.0% | Wellington, New Zealand | ⭐
A blended bourbon & whiskey barrel aged Imperial Dessert Stout, with plenty of character from the NZ beer icons. Pours syrupy and coats the glass. Big whisky punch on the nose, roasty, and lightly fruity. The infusion of Peoples Tadesse Meskela blend coffee and dried Vietnamese bananas gives notes of Caramelised Bananas, prunes, vanilla & bourbon. Rich and comforting, so damn good!

Double Hazy IPA | 8.4% | Purcellville, VA, USA | ⭐
Double Dry-Hopped with a blend of Citra, Motueka & Riwaka for a Trans-pacific hop showcase from these Virginia legends, known for massive Imperial Stouts and bold IPAs. Massive stonefruit aromas with underlying citrus character. Big and bold in mouth with good malt backbone still letting the hops shine through with herbal dankness and fresh tropical juice.

Double West Coast IPA | 8.2% | Botany, NSW, Australia x Wellington, New Zealand | ⭐
The third 8.2% DWCIPA in this box! A Trans-Tasman collab by two incredible breweries. The second iteration of this delicious collab.
The Clean Fusion™ treatment allows these hops to fully shine without any of the potential harshness that a big wallop of hops could bring. Decent whack of bitterness, with notes of resin, sultanas, dried oranges, orange gummies & light mango.

Parish • Mister Tally Man
Rum & Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Dessert Stout | 13.0% | Broussard, LA, USA | ⭐
This Imperial Stout was put to slumber for two years on Planterey Rum & Old Eld Bourbon Barrels before conditioning with wild Thai banana, rich chocolate, and toasted vanilla flakes.
Treacle, caramel, coffee, brownie, rich, incredible, flambeed bananas. In mouth the aromas of fruit shine with caramelised bananas. Boozy and decadent, with both the rum and bourbon shining through these patisserie-inspired flavours.
