The Sept 2026 edition of ‘The One’ sees more cellared stock than you can shake a stick at! Hitting a motherlode of rarities, we’ve got plenty of imperial aged treats that are ready to drink and tasting absolutely excellent – they don’t make ‘em like this anymore! And to keep things fresh, you’ll also find the eagerly awaited latest double ‘Feels’ release from Banks and a couple more left of field treats to keep you entertained!

Het Anker • Gouden Carolus Whisky Infused Dark
Whisky Infused Strong Dark | 11.7% | Vlaams Gewest, Belgium
Het Anker has been brewing in Mechelen, Belgium, since way back in the 15th century, so they’ve had plenty of time to perfect things. This big Strong Dark gets a very boozy twist, being infused with Gouden Carolus Single Malt Whisky - also made by the brewery. Beer and whisky, what can’t they do!
Affectionately called a “winter spritz” - bit spritzy with a bit of warmth – by our staff. Expect delicious flavours of rum & raisin ice-cream, toffee apple & Christmas pud soaked in brandy & rye.
Burning Sky • Entangled
Brett Pale Ale | 4.4% | Sussex, England
Burning Sky is a brewery with love for farmhouse brewing and old-school European techniques. Entangled gets its character from Brettanomyces fermentation, using multiple Brett strains and a combination of oak and stainless-steel ageing.
Plenty of stone fruit, hay & tropical vibes on the nose. Flavours of peach, pineapple, lemon. Tart but surprisingly refreshing with a clean acidity. Pairs beautifully with the Moteuka hop, known for its lime zest & mojito vibes.
Firestone Walker • Parabola 2020
Imperial Stout | 13.6% | Paso Robles, CA | ⭐
Firestone Walker has been making big, ambitious beers in California since 1996, and Parabola is one of their all-time classics. The 2020 vintage sees an Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels for a year, with depth and complexity evolving further over time. These bottles have been cold stored since their arrival here in Aus and have cellared beautifully!
What a classic! Expect dark chocolate, cigars, charred meat, liquorice, campfire & prune with a roasty bitterness that lingers.
De Molen • Bear & County
Whisky Barrel Aged Strong Ale | 12.8% | Bodegraven, Netherlands | ⭐
Brouwerij De Molen started brewing inside a historic windmill in the Netherlands back in 2004 and have unfortunately wound up brewing operations. These bottles are from the final shipment of De Molen to hit our shores, enjoy & savour it! Bear & County is a strong ale given the barrel treatment in Bearface Canadian whisky barrels.
And what a treat to savour – plenty of baking chocolate, sticky date pudding, stewed plums, Caramelo koala & blackberry jam on toast with a boozy, toasty finish.
Oskar Blues • Ten FIDY JAHvanilla / Hazelnut Praline
Barrel Aged Imperial Pastry Stout | 12.9% / 12.8% | Longmont, CO USA | ⭐
Oskar Blues made a name for itself in Colorado by putting serious craft beer into cans while bottles were still all the rage. Ten FIDY is one of these legendary beers, and we came across a VERY limited number of two pastry variants. So limited in fact, that half of you will get the JAHvanilla variant, the other half will receive the Hazelnut Praline variant.
Both a big, boozy, unapologetically decadent bourbon barrel aged imperial pastry stouts. Enjoy!
Banks • That's Grand
Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Vanilla | 12.0% | Seaford, VIC | ⭐
We’re seeing fewer and fewer big, barrel aged numbers that have spent serious time in oak here in Aus. Thankfully Banks have been playing the long game. That’s Grand spent a huge three years in The Gospel Australian whisky barrels before being conditioned on whole Madagascan vanilla beans. A treat well worth the wait!
This one is rye in a can! Spicy rye spirit vibes. Smells like wood & whisky. Huge vanilla sweetness, fudgy chocolate. Spirit flames ya at the end!
Banks • Peacharine Feels
Oat Cream Double IPA | 7.8% | Seaford, VIC | ⭐
‘Feels’ is all about pairing modern hop varieties with an oat-cream Double IPA base. This version puts New Zealand’s Peacharine hop in the spotlight, using hops from Freestyle Hops. Peacharine is one of NZ’s newer varieties, and this beer is a beautiful showcase of what it can do!
Loaded with flavours of mango rind, boxed breakkie juice, apricot cream lollies & papaya, all wrapped up a creamy and pillowy mouthful.
Banks • Nectaron Feels
Oat Cream Double IPA | 7.8% | Seaford, VIC | ⭐
Another member of Banks’ Feels family, this version puts Nectaron front and centre. Nectaron is one of New Zealand’s newer hop varieties and has quickly become a favourite with modern IPA brewers.
We’re getting big hits of peach skin, OJ, mandarin and lemongrass in this can here, with that thick and pillowy body you’d expect from a Banks Oat Cream IPA! Yum!
The Lost Abbey • Serpent's Stout 2020
Imperial Stout | 11.0% | San Marcos, CA USA | ⭐
The Lost Abbey was founded in California in 2006 and has always had a thing for Belgian-inspired beers, barrel ageing and bottle-conditioned releases. Winning a variety of awards at beer festivals, Serpent’s Stout is a hefty Imperial Stout in a large 750ml bottle — definitely one for sharing!
Chocolate bullets on the nose! Pfeffernüsse. Dried fruit, and even more liquorice. Unapologetically dry, roasty & bitter – a belter of an old school imperial stout. This has aged beautifully! They don’t make ‘em like this anymore!
Montmorillon • Stout Fût d’Armagnac BIO
Barrel Aged Imperial Stout | 10.0% | Montmorillon, France | ⭐
French brewery, Brasserie de Montmorillon, has revived the local Montmorillon brewing name in recent years. This Imperial Stout gets a distinctly French treatment, spending time in Armagnac barrels. It’s a big, bold meeting of French brewing and one of the country’s most famous spirits.
Stewed apple, marzipan & toffee. Layered oak & wood tannins. The Armagnac sure lingers! Warming. Medium bodied.
Hawkers • Four Seasons: Spring 2026
Quadruple IPA | 12.5% | Reservoir, VIC | ⭐
Part of their Four Seasons series and they declared 2026 the year of ‘Firsts’. So, the Spring 2026 edition sees Hawkers tackle something they’ve never attempted before - a Quadruple IPA! Unapologetically 12.5% in ABV, this IPA has a boozy warmth that keeps the brew sweet on a mildly bitter body. Mango nectar, creamy rockmelon provides a joosy af palate.
Firestone Walker • Stickee Monkee 2015
Barrel Aged ‘Central Coast’ Quad | 12.5% | Paso Robles, CA USA | ⭐
A rare treat that has quietly been cold stored for years, we were lucky enough to find 48 bottles of this rarity and immediately thought of The One. A take on a Belgian Quadrupel, brewed with Belgian candi sugar before spending more than a year in bourbon barrels. For fans of old-school, barrel-aged American craft beer, this is the holy grail!
Dark chocolate, dates and molasses on the nose. Sweet toffee & banana play on a well-integrated bourbon character. Long complex oxidative finish that you only get in carefully aged beer. Very moreish, leaning more toward barleywine than Quad!
BONUS BEER: Camba Bavaria • Jager Weisse
Hopfenweisse | 5.2% | Seeon, Germany | ⭐
Camba Bavaria is a modern Bavarian brewery that likes playing around with traditional German styles. Jager Weisse is their hopped-up take on a classic Weizen, combining traditional wheat-beer brewing with a lineup of modern and heritage hops, including Simcoe, Hersbrucker, Tradition and Chinook. Basically, Bavaria meets the American craft beer revolution. Oktoberfest 2026 is their first time on our shelves!
Classic hefe yeast nose - candied banana, citrus peel & clove, and with a slight smokey aroma. Enjoy even more banana, apricot & light resin on the palate with a lingering bitterness.
