"PRALINE is a CACAO, HAZELNUT & VANILLA STOUT w OYSTER SHELLS

Oyster Praline is our famed Praline fermented with fresh oyster shells from Coffin bay as a nod to the traditional Oyster Stouts of UK.

Praline is as a celebration of its quality raw ingredients. The seven speciality grains provide a dark, roasty canvas for this intensely dark stout. We use real toasted cacao nibs, which give a dark chocolate character you can’t create with any sort of processed chocolate product. Real hazelnuts bring a subtle, nutty edge and some texture, and finally we use real vanilla along with lactose for smoothness, creaminess and that dessert-like character.

For Oyster Praline we take our Praline - cacao, hazelnut & vanilla stout, and added oyster shells to the beer to give it a kiss of that brine character from the oyster shells.

Pouring a jet black, initially the cacao and hazelnut take centre stage on the nose but the oyster shells really come through on the back palate with that familiar minerality associated with oysters." -La Sirene
