This beer is a blend of imperial stouts, aged in 3 bourbon barrels ranging from 12 to 24 months. The final blend was composed through a group blending session, which took place on the friday before the closure of Deeds Brewing was announced & included staff from Deeds, Carwyn Cellars, The Coolroom Podcast & prominent Victorian beer influencers.
