Mountain Culture x Bottle Logic x Carwyn Cellars x Forward Hops 'Imperial Logic' is back with Vol 3!

To brew a beer with the hottest brewery in Australia, Mountain Culture, our long-time friends and beer importer wizards, Forward Hops, and perhaps the most renowned adjunct heavy barrel focussed brewery on the planet, Bottle Logic, is simply, amazing – and we’ve now got to do it back-to-back-to-back!

Imperial Logic Vol 3 (2025)

Imperial Pastry Stout Finished With Cocoa Nibs, Caramel, Pie Crusts And Hand Brûléed Bananas.

"We're back brewing with our mates and the undisputed stout champions of the world, Bottle Logic. This year we're pushing the boundaries again by going bigger and more experimental with our adjunct ingredients. All in the name of science of course.

We started with the same malt bill and double mashing technique of the preceding two volumes, creating and extra thick, complex imperial stout base before letting it rest on cacao nibs and freshly hand toasted banana post fermentation. We then finished it with some creamy caramel and crushed pie crusts to make a truly decadent stout worthy of one of our favourite yearly collaborations." - Mountain Culture

Plus, go back to where the magic started - Mountain Culture have re-re-brewed Vol 1, the OG collab. This Imperial Pastry Stout is finished on coconut, cinnamon & freshly roasted coffee beans. Honestly, there's a reason it has been re-brewed every year since its release!

Imperial Logic Vol 1 (2025)

Imperial Pastry Stout Finished On Coconut, Cinnamon, Freshly Roasted Honduran & Peruvian Coffee Beans.

"A rebrew of our first collaboration stout that sold out in less than 1 hour both last year and the year before! This monster of an imperial stout still uses the highest kg/L of adjuncts we’ve ever used in a single beer - including a whole pallet of coconut shavings, freshly roasted coffee beans (roasted just half an hour before going into the beer), and a hint of cinnamon to top it off. The indulgent qualities of a creamy dessert are carried by a velvety smooth body with a decadent finish." - Mountain Culture

Available in 500ml cans, exclusively at Mountain Culture and Carwyn Cellars, once they're gone, they're gone! Grab a couple - some for now and some for in the cellar ;)
