"In our Cape to Cape range, this is a great example of the strength of this variety in the Great Southern. We selected parcels of Cabernet from several our vineyards to make this fruitdriven and well-structured dry red. Enjoy now with its slightly chewy dry finish or after a little more bottle age.

COLOUR: A crimson red with good depth.

AROMA: Lovely aromas of red berry fruits and dark plums, complexed by a mention of smokiness.

PALATE: The delicious fresh berry fruit flavours are balanced by the soft tannins; there’s an attractive smoky plum fruit character and the long dry finish gives good length of flavour. This would be a great wine to serve with a cheese platter or any main meal." - West Cape Howe
