"This little rose is made from almost 100 year old vines. We made a Sherry from this vineyard three years before bottling. The Sherry was made without the use of spirit but via natural evaporation. The rose was dosed with 2% Sherry prior to bottling to help fill out the back pallet and give a very exciting structure. Not your average rose but something I love to drink during the heat of Summer." - Shobbrokk
