It’s typical of the region showing black cherry and fennel aromas alongside a palate that’s broad and savoury with hints of blood plum, liquorice and roasted beetroot. It’s juicy, well balanced and sensational value to boot. A great partner for salt-crusted eye fillet.

NOSE: Blackforrest cake esq with a hint of vanilla combined with rich dark fruits. Earth, blood plums, red licorice and spice complete the complex bouquet.
