"Strata - a house favourite hop here at One Drop. We've got the chance to use 2 new products straight from the United States to amplify this single-hop IPA. We are using new crop year Strata T90 hops, the latest CGX™ Cryogenic Lupulin Strata Pellets from Crosby hops, and a Strata-cultivar derived Hop Terpene from Oast House Oils in the US.
