These 6 breweries are the official breweries for the annual Oktoberfest celebrations and the only 6 that are allowed to participate in the festival. All are brewed following the German Reinheitsgebot or “German Purity Law” (only brewed with hops, malt, water and yeast) and are brewed in Munich's city limits.

Although originally brewed as a Marzen, the Festbier style since 1990 has lowered the darker malt profile and cranked up the booze a little bit, making it super refreshing but with a good backbone ?? Perfect for drinking in your lederhosen and dreidel. Prost!
