"This isn't the first collaboration between DJ and Doug Reiser. That was a decade ago, back in North Carolina when DJ was getting around in free brewery t-shirts and Doug was brewing in 1hL batches cos he was just starting up his new brewery.

Fast forward and DJ is still getting around in free brewery t-shirts, while Doug's brewery as grown to become one of NC's most respected - Burial Beer Co.

This stout is an homage to the USA, where you go big or go home. Sitting at 11%, it’s our biggest beer to date and uses the highest kg/L of adjuncts ever (if you’re looking for pecans, we took them all. Sorry.)
