"Each tiny little blood plum was gently dropped into our barrels and then topped with our blended mixed fermentation beer. After 6 months of slow fermentation the now bright pink elixir was bottled for everyone to enoy some plum. Think grippy wine-like tannins with red fruit and marzipan notes." - Molly Rose
