Our pastis is an homage to Molly’s favourite drink, she once drank an entire boat out of their supplies on a voyage back to England. Our pastis is a blend of 14 botanicals built on the backbone of fennel and aniseed. It is usually served 1:4 with water and ice in a tall glass and is a perfect accompaniment to lazy sunny afternoons or a bowl of olives as an aperitif. Our pastis is delicious and morish and we are so proud to have it join the Molly Rose family. We daydream about supping pastis in the south of France or maybe in a Collingwood beer garden." - Molly Rose
