"2021 is a vintage under the sign of freshness, which is close to the vintages that we experienced in the 80s/90s. It is also what is called "a winegrower's year", the human intervention and the care given to the vines having been decisive for the quality of the vintage. Marked by climatic vagaries, with in particular an episode of frost in April and harvests interrupted by rain, this year indeed required constant investment by our teams in the vineyard.
