Main occupations: Grazing, dairying, market gardening and smaller vineyard holdings.
Climate: Moderately cool which means slower growth on the vine. This creates elegant, balanced wines.
Winemaking: Made from hand-picked small berries, the fruit underwent natural fermentation in egg-shaped fermenters, and was bottled with minimal filtration & sulphur addition." - Hillbilly
