"A lager hybrid brewed with malted barley from the Western Riverina region of NSW. Fermented with a traditional German lager yeast and a Belgian Brett yeast, then conditioned on a blend of toasted oak staves and wine grapes, grown in the Traralgon backyard of my aunty Christine's house for 7 months. It displays complex citrus and vinous notes, complemented with yeasty, funky beer aromas. It finished dry, bright and surprisingly refreshing." - Good Land
