After a devastating 2022 season which resulted in us losing almost all of the Fiano fruit, 2023 rebounded with an absolute winner.

When sampling this fruit, the numbers in the lab were almost unbelievable – incredible acidity, amazingly low pH, great sugar balance which has all resulted in a wine that is insanely well balanced.

Typical Fiano is there: slatey, mineral, oyster shell, lemony/pithy goodness… but wrapped in wonderful texture from 8 days of skin contact, and a gentle, cold fermentation.

The vineyards are now teenagers, having been planted in 2010, and the results of careful, thoughtful farming can be seen in the wine. Its an absolute belter.
