Funk Factory Oude is a bottling of several 3 year old barrel designed to showcase the flavours emblematic of their oldest blending stock.

Evaporation, prolonged wood exposure, and oxidation through the staves all contribute a musky and oaky sweetness that will continue to develop over time. This beer offers the rare experience of essentially pulling a nail and tasting a sample of their most mature barrels.
