"The fruit for this wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary fruit flavours. We started experimenting with Vermentino in our Are You Game? Sparkling a few years ago. The wine is a unprecedented style using largely Vermentino as the sparkling base. When picked early, Vermentino provides fresh lively acidity, pear, apple and citrus fruit characters, helped create the perfect refreshing prosecco style sparkling wine. The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Arneis add extra complexity to this unique Sparkling wine.

Colour: Pale gold with a hint of green.

Nose: Citrus blossom, fresh lime and pink lady apples.

Palate: Light and fresh with apple flavours and mineral characters. Refreshingly crisp and dry with layers of fine and lively bubbles." - Fowles Wines
