"A bright, refreshing and versatile rosé delivering luscious red berry fruits and a hint of citrus peel. Accompanied by floral notes and aromas of freshly picked strawberries.
Fruit for the Rosé was cultivated from our Victorian vineyards during the 2023 harvest. The juice was run off the skins early in order to extract the colour and cool ferment. Post fermentation the wine was fined, cold stabilised and filtered, ready for bottling. This process from vineyard to bottle took less than 6 weeks, to keep the wine fresh and vibrant." - Four Sisters
