"A New World Amber Ale with a balance of malt and hop character. Amber in colour, this ale is malty but remains drinkable with moderate palate weight and body allowing the sweet malt flavour to balance the hops without becoming too heavy. Magnum hops provide a firm bitterness to keep the malt in check and carry the aroma additions through the palate. Complex layered citrus and fruit salad hop aroma comes from hefty dry hopping with New Zealand Rakau and US Idaho Gem and Mosaic Hops." - Colonial Brewing
