"When I first brewed Beechworth Pale in Dad's shed, I was aiming to craft a beer with a balance and fullness of flavour that wasn't easily found in Australian pubs and bottle-os. I also wanted to create something that truly represented my hometown – the uniquely beautiful and complex place that is Beechworth. Now, 18 years on, I'd like to believe you can still taste a bit of that 'terroir' in every sip.
