"Mashed overnight in an oak vat, El Cuatro is made of Mecca Grade Vanora malt, Skagit Valley Caramel malts, aged Goschie Farms Cascade hops, water from our Skyliner aquifer, and microbes from our surrounding forest.
Open fermentation occurs in wooden vats prior to aging in Oregon pinot noir barrels from Domaine Drouhin. After 9 months, El Cuatro is transferred to brand barrels and further aged for another 6 months prior to bottle fermentation with Oregon honey." -Ale Apothecary
