"Explore our new Shiraz Stained Amber Ale, where a malty caramel body blends beautifully with hoppy notes of apricot and passionfruit to create a cozy delight. While we’ve stuck to the classic flavours of an Amber Ale, we experimented with colour by adding a touch of Barossa Valley Shiraz pressings during ferment. Normally appearing as a rusty copper colour, holding this brew up to bright light reveals an eye-catching vibrant red hue. The shiraz pressings add subtle notes of oak and a red-berry depth of flavour, which balance well with the full body and caramel sweetness.
