"Pre-Spring in Melbourne is a time of dramatic weather change, with cold days and heavy rainfall but temperatures starting to rise and the occasional spot of sunshine peeking through the clouds.
Our Pre-Spring release for 2022 is inspired by the dark lagers of Munich and Vienna but finished with an Australian twist.
Undermodified Pilsner malt and a range of freshly toasted grains from Voyager Craft Malt provide rich malt complexity, with Bavarian lager yeast ensuring a clean, dry finish. Extravagantly kettle hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and double dry hopped with Eclipse, this beer is decidedly hoppy with noble qualities, pronounced citrus and assertive but smooth bitterness." - 3 Ravens
