Bottle Conditioned - Victorian Premiere

Join us for the premiere of this highly anticipated documentary exploring the world of Belgian lambic beer, plus tasters of some of our finest cellared lambics!

About Bottle Conditioned

Jerry Franck is a Luxembourg-born filmmaker best known for producing the documentary "Chau, Beyond the Lines" for which he received an Academy Award for Best Documentary (Short Subject) nomination at the 88th Academy Awards (2016), alongside Courtney Marsh.

In his latest documentary, he takes us on a journey into the historic world of Belgian lambic beer, which proves far more dramatic than one would assume, with a shifting industry and a big generational change: from family tradition to newcomers and the difficulties and processes used by the industry. This documentary will certainly touch the hearts of lovers of these traditional wild ales.

This upcoming project has been in the works for the last 5 years, including a massive worldwide crowdfunding effort and involvement with some of the most renowned lambic producers in Belgium.
