Gueuzerie Tilquin
Gueuzerie Tilquin is one of a small handful of blendaries that produce authentic Lambic, and the first in the region of Wallonia, Belgium. They opened their doors in 2009 as a blendary making gueuze and eventually fruited lambics with wort acquired from Boon, Lindemans and Cantillon.
