Cake Walk is a triple fruited imperial pastry gose brewed with our pals from the mighty Kapiti Coast of NZ, Duncan's brewing for the inaugural Trans-Tasman Collaborational 2022. Slapped up with a truly mean dose of mango, banana, and dragonfruit, topped off with a dusting of NZ sea salt. Choice!

When the Mountain meets the Creek!

This Trans-Tasman collab is all thanks to Carwyn Cellars, Beer Jerk and finally being able to travel internationally, restriction-free! For this brew, we used the same malts and hops as our mates at Deep Creek (Galaxy to represent Oz and Waimea to represent NZ) but then added something unique to each of our own backyards. For Australia, we chose desert lime to add a zesty kick to a Hazy IPA.

🍺 English Biscuit Ale • 🥴 4% ABV⁠

The Small Gods & Last Word brewing companies respectfully call your attention to their unexcelled Biscuit Ale. This most palatable beverage is composed entirely of a successful combination of the purest ingredients and finest baked biscuit malts packaged into a pleasing and convenient tin.

Mr Teatime’s Finest Royal Biscuit Ale is an English style Ale. Packed with a selection of Biscuit, Aurora and Vienna malts and then loaded up with real Malt Biscuits and finished with traditional East Kent Goldings hops. Rich, toasty and comforting this is a cuddly blanket of a beer to enjoy in front of a warm fire on a cold night.

Trust Mike and Bernard to try a completely new style of beer to brew as their first collab. Brewed at Bracket Brewing (AUS) in collaboration with Alibi Brewing (NZ) as a part of Carwyn Cellars x Beer Jerk Trans-Tasman Collaborational.

🍺 Plum Lichtenhainer • 🥴 4.5% ABV⁠

Pouring with a deep pink to purple hue, Pflaume Lichtenhainer has complexity for days with a huge smoked malt backbone and lashings of plum to boot.

A classic sour beer style with a modern twist, this collab with 8 Wired is the perfect pairing for a cheese board & charcuterie.

This trans-Tasman collaboration between NZ’s Queenstown-based Altitude Brewing and Hawkers Beer is a ‘high density hop charge’ IPA that embodies the future of super-hopped beers. Citra and Mosaic feature through high-tech HPA hop lines Incognito®, Lupomax®, and Spectrum along with T90 for a four-dimensional approach that facilitates an aggressive hop regime without the burn, astringency, and vegetal characters that can appear with traditional hopping methods.

🍺 Pavlova Sour • 🥴 6.9% ABV⁠

We can’t believe it’s beer. As part of Carwyn Cellars Trans-Tasman Collab, we’ve teamed up with our mates at Shining Peak to make a beer that tastes like an endless summer.

Made with mango, passion fruit, kiwi fruit, 50 vanilla beans and lactose, it’s smashingly good.

Rising from the ashes, the Trans Tasman rivalry continues with a battle from the ages between Haast’s Eagle and the Tasmanian Devil. BEER PROFILE - Brewed together across the Tasman, we experimented, shared, and pushed boundaries to bring you this big, dank, juicy beer. With Nectaron from NZ and Vic Secret from Australia it showcases just how good things can be when we collaborate.

Pack your bags cosmonauts, we’re heading across the trans-galactic ditch to expand our minds.

NZ kiwi fruit and Aussie Galaxy met in the middle with some saison yeast. A mind altering experience between new world and old. Huge notes of passionfruit, kiwi and citrus up front followed by subtle layers of fruity esters and peppery spice.

A unique beer to make you question the origins of life itself, brewed in collaboration with our friends from Canyon Brewing.

We've Crowded the House with a tropical blend of NZ and Tassie ingredients. Strewth, this Phar king delicious IPA is one you'll want to drink with a slice of pav with old mate, Russ. Catch Ya.

🍺 Cold IPA • 🥴 6.5% ABV⁠

Clean, lean, bitter and mean, our brew 'Thirst Contact' is an out of this world experience for your tastebuds. Expect flat-out grapefruit, passionfruit, honeydew melon and a perfect slither of piny dankness to the party.

🍺 Spiced Navel Orange Farmhouse Ale • 🥴 6.2% ABV⁠

A fantastic Trans-Tasman collaboration with our mates at Hey Day Beer Co resulted in Double Troubling, a spiced navel orange farmhouse ale. A light addition of Motueka hops pairs lime with orange citrus to accompany the spices & Saison yeast characteristics.
