Cascade, Citra, Simcoe and Centennial. With a Carahell and Biscuit malt backbone, the structure is supportive of big hop additions. Bitterness is high, but may not be perceived from the viscous body. Pine, resin, and grapefruit mostly, with some subtle pineapple and stone fruit hits along the way.
