After a four month maceration and refermentation of fruit and beer, it was bottled and allowed to naturally carbonate and mature before release.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe label artwork was done by Walt's mum, Bernadette.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eNemesia's tasting notes: A nose bursting with candied red fruit, strawberry, currant and plum, and a delicate floral note. More savoury on the palate than the nose suggests, leading with florals and finishing with an elegant spicy tannin.
