A blend of 1, 2, and 3 year-old lambic, unfiltered and unpasteurized, and aged in the bottle for at least a year after blending.
3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek
Cherries are ripened in young lambic beer for 6-8 months. The beer then matures for 4 months in bottle inducing spontaneous fermentation.
