We wanted freshness and vibrancy from the stainless saison and a light brett. derived funk from the puncheon. We transferred the blend to stainless \u0026amp; dry hopped w\/ Challenger (UK) \u0026amp; Saaz (CZ) at the rate of 2.6g\/L for 72 hours prior to packaging. Packaged on September 19th 2024 and naturally conditioned in can for 6 weeks.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eAromas of cantaloupe, orange peel \u0026amp; fresh oregano. The funk is leant towards the tropical range of the spectrum. On the palate there is lot's of peach \u0026amp; white flowers up front. This gives way to stewed fruits towards the back.
