Hopped heavily in the boil \u0026amp; whirlpool w\/ Motueka (NZ) \u0026amp; Nelson Sauvin (NZ) to 30 IBU.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThis beer was co-fermented in 4 neutral barriques with a blend of Verdant \u0026amp; Brett. Brux for 4 months. This is a blend of all four barriques. We transferred to stainless \u0026amp; dry hopped w\/ Motueka (NZ) \u0026amp; Nelson Sauvin (NZ) at the rate of 6g\/L for 72 hours prior to packaging.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003ePackaged on December 15th 2024 and bottle conditioned for 8 weeks.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eOrange sherbet, canned fruit salad \u0026amp; subtle notes of pine on the nose. On the palate it's all bright grapefruit, leather \u0026amp; basil.
