We used our locally grown Certified Sustainable Pilsner malt from Tolga Farms with a mix of specialty malts from Weyermann and Simpson’s to provide great structure. Caramel richness, roasted edges and subtle Christmas cake notes provide depth and help to create a seamless drinking experience.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eStill very much an IPA, Rakau delivers a hit of red fruit and berry notes, while pine resin and dankness follow in their wake to roll across the palate in thick, amplifying waves.
