To ensure our hot chocolate was truly 'hot' we then added in chipotle chillis that had been soaking in rye whiskey.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003e\"\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cstrong style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003e - Mountain Culture\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e\"Light Capsicum, and Chocolate in the nose, supported by a good roasty backbone. In mouth notes of Vanilla, Chipotle and Mocha. There’s definitely some kick to it, but not enough to scare off the masses. A well-integrated beer that showcases every element on a surprisingly easy to drink brew.
