'Beer With Jeff' is our second collaboration with Jester King Brewery from Austin Texas. Part of our greater cross continental coolship collab, this is the first of 2 beers made together at our Melbourne Brewery and in true LS style was open fermented then barrel aged in Burgundian oak for 15 months. This Wild Ale is a mixed culture expression of 2 brewers doing similar things more than 14,000km apart. Rad!
