Basket pressed to barriques (17% new French) for 11 months maturation. Natural primary and malolactic ferments, unfined and unfiltered.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eVery much in the usual style here with a mix of darker cherry and berry fruits, bramble notes and subtle underlying earthy characters.
