Prime Mates is the result of that afternoon of shared knowledge. Kengo even sent over a special stash of genuine Japanese Sansho to seal the deal. It is a true meeting of minds, built on friendship, fresh ideas, and ingredients that push the boundaries.

Flavours: A lean, crisp base of pilsner malt and dextrine malt is fermented clean with Froth Vagabond Czech Pilsner yeast. Rice syrup added during fermentation dries the beer out completely, leaving a light, nutty, honey-like finish. A massive addition of straight, fresh Yuzu juice brings vibrant, zesty citrus, while lime-forward Motueka hops marry the flavours together. The addition of Sansho layers in a mild, citrusy spice with a subtle, playful numbing sensation on the finish." - Double Vision

Style / Variety: Yuzu Rice Pilsner
Region: Wellington, New Zealand x Yokohama, Japan
ABV: 5.4%
Vol: 440ml

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0759/6149/9906/files/20261015_DoubleVisionxYellowMonkey-_PrimeMates_YuzuSanshoRicePilsner_1.jpg?v=1792023395
https://carwyncellars.com.au/products/double-vision-x-yellow-monkey-prime-mates-yuzu-sansho-rice-pilsner-440ml
