We've been developing the cultures of wild yeast and bacteria for our barrel program over many years, and though a carefully monitored solera program, we ahv a sour red that has all the things you want. Lactic. Acetic. Brett. Funk. Delicious! This beer is a careful blend of 12, 24 and 48 month old oak aged beers.
