SUBSCRIPTION FAQs

This beer is delicious! When will my next box be on the way?
Beer-Thusiast boxes leave our store on the 10th of each month. Though, your first box will leave our store within 1-2 business days of your first payment and sign up.
Club Wild boxes ship on the 1st of even numbered months (February, April, June etc.)
The One boxes leave our store on the 15th of March, June, September and December.

When will I be billed each month?
We process Beer-Thusiast payments on the 7th of each month.
Club Wild payments are processed on the 28th of odd months (January, March, May etc.)
Payments for The One are processed on the 10th of March, June, September and December. 

I’m going to be away next month. Can I skip or pause my subscription?
[Beer-thusiast] Of course! Just log in to your account to manage your subscription. You will need to make changes to your subscription by the 5th of the month.

[Club Wild] Yup! Changes will need to be made at least one day before the payment is due to be processed.

[The One] Skipping or pausing is not an option for 'The One' packs. If you're going to be away, your payment will be processed as it usually would be and we can definitely hold on to your subscription box until you're back home. Just email us to let us know!

Am I locked in to having a box of beer delivered to me every month/quarter until the end of time?
Not at all! Log in to pause*, skip* or cancel your subscription at any time.
*The One is excluded from pausing or skipping, but you can cancel at any time. The folk on the Waitlist will be ever so grateful!

I need to use a different credit card. How do I update my payment details?
Log in to your account and go to Manage Subscription. From there, select ‘View/Update Card’ to update your details. 

Can I change my delivery address?
Absolutely. For this, it‘s best to email orders@carwyncellars.com.au

What’s this account you keep talking about?
After placing your first order with us we send email an invite for a Carwyn Cellars account. If you missed the invite, that’s cool, just email us and we’ll resend it.
