When should I order by to guarantee shipping in time for the holidays?

We use AusPost for delivery Australia-wide. As a general guide, if you are shipping through AusPost standard delivery, we recommend placing your order before December 12. You can calculate shipping times and refer to holiday sending guidelines on the Australia Post website, here. Express shipping via AusPost is also available on most products.

What are my shipping options? 

Shipping through AusPost:
We offer a $9 flat rate to most locations Australia-wide. Please observe your individual rates at check-out before purchasing. You may also select AusPost Express Shipping on most products. More shipping info can be found here.

Same or Next Day Local Delivery:
If you're located within our Neighbourhood Sip Service range of postcodes across Melbourne, a $5 flat fee applies and our team will deliver your products same or next day. Same day delivery for Neighbourhood Sip Service is available for orders placed Monday - Saturday before 1 pm. More information regarding Neighbourhood Sip Service can be found here.

Can I place an order to pick up in store? 

Yes! All products have the option of free in store pick up. You'll receive an email when your boxes are packed and at the shop waiting for you.

Can I include a gift note? 

Absolutely! Include this in the notes section of your order as you check out. If you forgot or have any questions, shoot an email to orders@carwyncellars.com.au and we'll get it sorted.
