Raphael Beysang and Emelie Hurtubise Paltieres 2018 1L
Quebecois Emelie , and Alsace born Raphael met in the Auvergne and together, in 2017, entered into their own winemaking venture in Beaujolais. Their 9ha of Gamay vines range from 25-90 years old with each parcel being approached to suit its individuality. Whole bunch fermentation balances the vintage's tannin, producing a wine structured enough to pair with food, but fresh enough to drink in the park.
This wine makes use of sterilized recycled traditional Beaujolais 1L bottles easily identifiable by the stars.
